Submission of documents and fee for readmission students

All the students seeking readmission are required to submit all the relevant documents and pay fee on or before 20th November 2020. Submitting the soft and hard copy of all the required documents will be student's responsibility failing which the admission may be cancelled.

We have already given the deadline to 31st October 2020 and for students who can’t vacate the hostel by 31st October extension is given till 30 November 2020 with charges to be paid as per MC meeting dated 27 June 2020.

For all guest residents, who are currently bonafide students of University of Delhi are hereby informed that if they are not able to vacate their hostel room, then they can keep their rooms till the admission process starts in the hostel for the academic year 2020-21.
They may require to vacate the hostel in case:-
i) The students of higher merit apply in the hostel.
ii) Non availability of rooms in the hostel.
These students have to pay charges according to the managing committee meeting dated 27th June 2020.

All the students who have already emailed for vacating the hostel are allowed to vacate the hostel physically. For this, date and time slots will be provided to the students by the hostel. All such students should write an email requesting to vacate the hostel physically and must follow the guidelines given by the university and the hostel.
The students have to follow strictly the schedule given to them. No student will be allowed without the scheduled time.

The Residents of the hostel who wish to collect their belongings can do so with the help of housekeepers or their friends who are currently staying in the hostel.

Following things should be kept in mind before visiting the hostel:
1) Residents need to inform the Hostel at least 2 days prior to their visit.
2) Timing of visit should be between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
3) Residents won’t be allowed to go inside the hostel.
4) Resident needs to bring sufficient bags as to avoid inconvenience.
5) Resident must ensure wearing mask and maintaining social distancing during the entire process.

Hostel residents of the Rajiv Gandhi hostel for girls who had already vacated their hostel accommodation are advised to stay at their present location as per the Advisories and Orders issued by the Government Agencies time to time, which restrict movement, to deal with the COVID-19 Pandemic.
